What Is?
Moringa Oleifera, commonly known as the drumstick tree, ben tree or horseradish tree is a relatively small tree that is native to India and common in Pakistan and Nepal as well. Due to its rising popularity, the tree is currently being cultivated in various parts of the world. The tree has been used for several generations in the treatment and prevention of various ailments. The plant’s leaves have a particularly high nutritional value which makes them an exceptional natural energy booster.

The use of Moringa leaves for prevention and control of cancer is fast growing popular among populations of the world. How to Use
There are different ways of utilizing moringa leaves depending on how its available and what it is being used for. For longevity, moringa leaves are sold as powder or capsules. The powder is taken orally. It is recommendable to start with one tablespoon/day, increasing gradually to five over a period of two weeks.
You can also take it by preparing moringa tea. The tea is prepared by steeping the leaves in hot water.
